INTERIORS
We offer an 'in situ' service where we cover/paint around things and a 'clearout' service, both are clean & tidy options as floors etc. are often left cleaner than when we started. Yes, if there is paint already on the floor from previous painters, we have great methods of cleaning this off to ensure our own work is left looking perfect. Wallpaper is becoming more popular in Spain, choose from an extensive range of styles and textures, you're certain to find the perfect paper to complement your property's existing features and furniture.

EXTERIORS
Options outside usually consist of brush, roller or spray and we excel in knowing when or where to use each of these or a combination to get the best results for our clients. Whilst we recommend preparing surfaces prior to any paint and sealing them to protect from damp, we can follow your orders with regards to how thorough the walls are treated as we understand that this choice is often swayed by budget and that's your decision. Even outside or on grass we always cover areas so that the property once finished looks like new.

PLASTERING
We particularly use a multi-finish to give that extra wow factor and this also provides an extra hardened surface so to prevent any gauges or knocks that might occur during day to day accidents. To achieve the right protection and finish for you, we will of course recommend the right method, however we are happy to work with you to meet your budget. This often means you can still visually receive the exact same end results, but at a lower cost. We also cover all aspects of moulding/coving that can add amazing detail to your property.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Our wide range of maintenance services include everything from cleaning to sales management and our daily rate can often be split over a longer timespan. There are many benefits to using the same person for all your maintenance needs, from small like the location/entrance to guide or transfer holiday tenants, up to more important things such as knowing where the shut off valve is to turn off the water in an emergency. We offer references from many owners that hire us to be the primary maintenance agent for their properties.

RENOVATION
Whilst it's true that we started this business for painting, many of us have other professions and areas of expertise that go up to renovation, reform & construction management. Instead of the all to often scenario where painters arrive near the end of a build to try and make poor plastering and workmanship look good, we can be there before other tradesmen have knocked off to ensure everything is correct for perfect. You can avoid any predicaments by asking us to manage all work on your property and ensure satisfaction.
